Privacy policy

This policy explains which personal data Polymetis processes through this site, why, and what your rights are under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP), in force since 1 September 2023.

Data we collect

  • Contact form : name or company, e-mail address, type of need and message. Purpose: to reply to your request and, where relevant, prepare a quote.
  • Appointment booking : the calendar is provided by Calendly LLC (United States). It only loads if you click “Show the calendar”; the name, e-mail address and slot you choose are then processed by Calendly to schedule the meeting.
  • Newsletter : e-mail address. Purpose: sending the monthly newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every issue.
  • Technical logs : the hosting provider may record technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and operational purposes.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no advertising cookies or third-party tracking. Fonts are self-hosted: no data is sent to Google Fonts. The Calendly calendar, which may set cookies, only loads after you click. If an analytics tool is added, it will be cookie-free and listed here.

Processors

Data may be processed by our technical providers (site hosting, form delivery service, newsletter tool), solely for the purposes above. Where these providers are located outside Switzerland, transfers rely on a country recognised as adequate or on appropriate contractual safeguards.

Retention

Contact requests are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting business relationship, then deleted. Newsletter addresses are deleted upon unsubscription.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, by writing to contact@polymetis-ia.ch. You may also contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
