Do we need to already use AI to get an audit?
No. The audit starts from your current processes, not from tools. It is actually most useful before any investment: it prevents buying a solution to a problem you do not have.
Who needs to be involved on our side?
A sponsor in management and the people doing the day-to-day work in the audited teams. Expect a few one-hour interviews per team and a wrap-up workshop.
What happens to our data?
We work from process descriptions and anonymised samples wherever possible. No data goes into an AI tool without your explicit consent, and processing complies with the Swiss nFADP.
What comes after the audit?
You are free to implement the roadmap yourself, with your vendors or with us. Team training and automations are offered separately.
