Frequently asked questions.
What leaders and teams ask us most often before getting started.
Polymetis
What is Polymetis?
Polymetis, the AI agency of a thousand and one wiles, provides AI audits, training and automation to organisations in French-speaking Switzerland. It helps SMEs, groups and independents across the Lake Geneva region turn generative AI into concrete, lasting use.
Where do you work?
Across French-speaking Switzerland (Geneva, Vaud, Valais, Neuchâtel, Fribourg, Jura) on-site, and anywhere remotely. Training can take place on your premises or by video.
Where does the name come from?
Polymetis (πολύμητις) is Odysseus’s epithet in the Odyssey: “of many wiles”. Mêtis is practical intelligence, the kind that adapts and acts; praxis is knowledge turned into action. That is exactly what we aim to pass on.
AI audit
How long does an AI audit take?
Usually half a day to 3 days, depending on the size of the organisation and the number of teams audited.
What does the audit deliverable contain?
A quantified report (workflow mapping, use cases prioritised by gain and effort) and a phased roadmap with an indicative budget and a training plan.
Do we need to already use AI to start?
No. The audit is actually most useful before any investment: it starts from your processes, not from tools.
Training
Who is your AI training for?
Leaders, marketing and communication teams, operations teams, and any organisation that wants a bespoke programme. No technical background is required.
Which tools do you use in training?
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Mistral, Copilot, Perplexity, plus n8n and Make for automation. The goal is to learn to pick the right tool for each use, without depending on a single one.
How much does corporate AI training cost?
CHF 800 per participant per day (not subject to VAT), whatever the tool: Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or n8n. AI audits, the six-week track and automations are quoted after a 30-minute call, with no commitment.
What is the six-week AI Track?
A hybrid programme for a team of 4 to 12 people: framing, AI foundations and prompting, workshops on your real cases, then deployment and a 30-day follow-up.
Automation & GEO
Do we need to code to automate?
No. Make and n8n are visual tools: you connect blocks. We build the first flows with your teams so they can evolve them on their own afterwards.
What is GEO?
Generative Engine Optimization aims to get your business cited in the answers of generative engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or Google’s AI overviews. It complements classic SEO.
Data & compliance
Is our data protected?
Yes. No data goes into an AI tool without your consent. We favour anonymised data and, for sensitive cases, solutions hosted in Switzerland or in-house (for example self-hosted n8n). Our practices comply with the Swiss nFADP.
